If they decided to grow their family a little more, then they really will be packed in there like sardines. I'm sure they'll be pregnant soon, so that one-bedroom cottage isn't going to work. They need a proper bedroom. I know Douglas isn't living with them now, but Beth shouldn't share a bedroom with Douglas if he comes to visit. Sadly, I don't think the new studios have space for a new LOPE abode. The old one was like 30,000 SQ ft. There is plenty of room for new sets. Deacon and Shelia got a remodel, and it's much larger. Steffy and Finn's house has more depth. Bill's mansion has been redone, and so has his office. FC enlarged the design office and the showroom, and Eric's office is back. Heck, they could live at Bill's Malibu house now that summer art school is over.
