The New Orleans Police Department Superintendent Hans Ganthier recently elaborated on the deployment plan for the upcoming concerts in a general press statement, here quoted via the WWLTV website:"Our enforcement presence will include walking beats, mounted, bicycles, tactical units, drones, one of our armored vehicles, our light towers in key areas, and high visibility patrols throughout downtown and the French Quarter."The superintendent later added in another portion of the press statement, quoted here via Fox8live:"Our public message to everyone is that NOPD is prepared for this event. f you have to bring a gun, don’t come down to the areas of interest. Leave your guns at home."The superintendent later stated to the press that the police deployment was based on intelligence assessment gathered from the singer's concerts in other cities.NBA YoungBoy has been having issues with his MASA tour ever since it started. In late September, the singer's concert at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, was canceled.
