“Really nice” Britney Spears was reportedly not intoxicated before the erratic driving that sparked concern

The Princess of Pop, Britney Spears, is yet again in the news as she reportedly behaved a little strangely at a restaurant she visited with one of her friends. The 43-year-old Oops! I Did It Again hitmaker, Spears, during a night out, had dinner with a friend at an upscale Mexican restaurant called Red O in Westlake, California, on October 22, 2025. Britney's family and fans are worried as a video surfaced in which she was seen driving erratically after leaving the restaurant.

The Gimme More singer, Britney Spears, who was in the news some time back when her former husband, Kevin Federline, made serious accusations against her in his recently released memoir, You Thought You Knew, reportedly exhibited unusual behavior, such as spilling drinks and toasting right before getting in her car.

However, according to Page Six, the restaurant manager, Oliver Wynn, at Red O, stated that he personally did not witness any unusual behavior from her side. Wynn informed US Weekly that:

"She was super chill and really nice."

He added:

"She just kind of hung out, grabbed a bite to eat and left."

While there were speculations regarding Britney Spears being drunk during her night out, the restaurant manager, Wynn, revealed that she was "not intoxicated." He went ahead and said that she did not even order alcohol and just had a quesadilla. However, he did mention that a fan at Red O treated her to a glass of wine. Wynn said:

"Britney was just chatting with her friend and fans the whole time. They were very chatty."

Wynn shared that the Womanizer hitmaker, Britney Spears, took photos and videos with her fans at the restaurant, and was also quite kind to them. He further added:

"I was impressed at how nice she actually was. I worked at other restaurants frequented by a lot of celebrities, and I've never really seen a celebrity be as nice as Britney was."

Britney Spears' family fears she is "losing control"

According to Daily Mail, as cited by Page Six, after a video surfaced showing Britney Spears, driving erratically following a night out with her friend in California, her family is "terrified" and fears that she might be "losing control" as they compared her recent unusual behavior to her 2007 mental breakdown when she became bald and lost custody of her children.

The Overprotected singer's family is extremely worried about her and is reportedly considering options for how to help her. A source informed Daily Mail:

"There's a lot of concern. Everyone has always wanted the best for her, and she's showing right now that she's making bad choices."
