Crowded House 2025 Australian tour: Presale, dates, venues, and more explored

Crowded House is set to get more intimate in 2025. After arena shows across Australia in 2024, the beloved band has officially announced a limited run of 'Pop Up Shows' this October and November. The band will tour select cities along the East Coast and in Tasmania.

This new seven-date tour will feature performances in smaller, more intimate venues. Fans might get the chance to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" or "Weather With You" just a few meters away. The tour is presented by Live Nation and Triple M. It also coincides with their 2025 Red Hot Summer Tour appearances.

Crowded House announced the 2025 AU tour via an official Instagram post, which read:

Crowded House's Neil Finn shared in a statement:

"We are very excited about playing in some of our favorite theatres, in 2 halves to allow some musical adventures to take place, a wide selection of songs and styles from across our history and also a glimpse forward to our best days ahead."

Crowded House was formed in 1985. The OG lineup included frontman Neil Finn, bassist Nick Seymour, and drummer Paul Hester. Their debut self-titled album was released in 1986. "Don't Dream It's Over" and "Something So Strong" became worldwide hits.

After a farewell show on the Sydney Opera House steps in 1996, the band took a long break before returning in the mid-2000s. They have since released three more albums: Time on Earth (2007), Intriguer (2010), Dreamers Are Waiting (2021), and Gravity Stairs (2024).
