David Lee Roth 2025 tour: Presale code, dates, venues, and more explored

David Lee Roth has officially announced a new set of tour dates for Summer 2025. He is making his return to the stage after a five-year hiatus.

The newly announced 21-date tour is scheduled to kick off on July 22, 2025, at the California Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles, CA, and wrap up on September 14, 2025, at the Blue Note Summer Sessions in Napa, CA.

The schedule will take him across multiple venues in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Missouri, Oklahoma, and more. It's Roth's first official tour since opening for KISS in early 2020, and the first full run of headline shows since before the pandemic.

David is mainly known as the original frontman of Van Halen. From dominating the rock charts with Van Halen classics in the late '70s and '80s to his solo projects, David Lee Roth has been a beloved figure in the rock music scene.

However, for the past few years, David Lee Roth has kept a relatively low profile. After touring with KISS in early 2020, he announced a retirement from performing in 2021.

His planned Las Vegas residency in 2022 was canceled due to COVID-related concerns. That changed this past weekend when he hit the stage at the M3 Rock Festival, where he performed a full set of Van Halen songs. Now, he has announced a 2025 tour.

The announcement followed David Lee Roth's performance at the M3 Rock Festival in Maryland on May 3, 2025, where he delivered a 75-minute set made entirely of Van Halen songs, such as Panama, Jump, Atomic Punk, and Drop Dead Legs, among others. He was backed by guitarist Al Estrada and four backup singers.

Tickets for David Lee Roth's 2025 tour will go on sale through multiple channels. Fans can access a Live Nation pre-sale beginning Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 10 a.m. local time using the code FREESTYLE. The general public sale will follow on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.
