Foreigner 2025 U.S. tour: Presale code, dates, venues, and more explored

Foreigner is officially hitting the road once again in 2025 across North America. The group has a relatively busy year of performances, including a U.S. summer and fall tour, a Canadian run in the fall, and a December U.S. tour, which will feature the original frontman, Lou Gramm.

The newly announced December stretch has been titled "Foreigner 4 Deluxe Tour." It coincides with the upcoming release of a super deluxe edition of their 1981 multi-platinum album 4. These shows will feature Luis Maldonado as Foreigner's new lead vocalist, stepping in for Kelly Hansen, who is set to retire after the band's October Atlantic City gigs. Lou Gramm will appear alongside Maldonado to perform select songs.

Foreigner took to their official Instagram handle to announce the super deluxe edition of 4. The post read:

"On this day in 1981, Foreigner dropped '4.' Celebrate with the new Super Deluxe Edition – available for pre-order now. Recorded at New York's legendary @ElectricLadyStudios with acclaimed producer Mutt Lange (Def Leppard, AC/DC), 'FOREIGNER 4 DELUXE' features newly remastered audio, live recordings from the 1981 and 1982 world tour, instrumental versions, remixes, and five previously unreleased tracks from the original band members. One of these tracks "Fool If You Love Him" is out now."

The post continued:

"Out September 12, 2025, you can pre-order the vinyl and the CD/Blu-Ray package that includes a booklet with over 60 never-before-seen photos at the link in stories."

Foreigner was formed in 1976. The band found success with a string of hits, including "Feels Like the First Time," "Cold As Ice," and "Hot Blooded." Their fourth studio album, 4 (1981), topped the Billboard chart and featured hits such as "Waiting for a Girl Like You," "Urgent," and "Juke Box Hero." With over 80 million albums sold worldwide, the band is arguably one of the most beloved classic rock acts.

Foreigner frontman Kelly Hansen, who has been the group’s lead vocalist since 2005, will retire from touring after October 11 - 12, 2025, in Atlantic City. In his place, Luis Maldonado, who performed with the band during recent Latin American dates, will step in.
