How to get tickets to Ariana Grande’s 2026 Eternal Sunshine Tour? A step-by-step guide to presale and general sale

Ariana Grande's 2026 Eternal Sunshine Tour is set to be held from June 6, 2026 to August 23, 2026 in venues across North America, and UK. The tour is in support of the singer's 2024 album of the same name and will be the singer's first since the Sweetener World Tour in 2019.

Presale for the tour starts on September 9, 2025 for the North America shows. For the UK shows, the presale starts on September 16, 2025. Registration for the presale is ongoing.

To register for the North America presale, follow these steps.

Go to Ariana Grande's official website
Then go to the tour page of the website (click on the 'Tour' option at the top left corner of the first page of the website)
At the tour page, scroll down and click on the 'presale' option next to any of the listed North America shows. This will direct one to the Ticketmaster presale signup page
At the Ticketmaster presale signup, scroll and select upto three shows from the list (click on the box before each listed show)
After selecting upto three shows, agree to the terms and conditions below the listed shows.
After agreeing to the terms and conditions, click on the 'sign up' option given at bottom right corner.
One will need to sign up or log in to Ticketmaster to complete the signup

The steps to register for the UK presale is as follows:

Go to Ariana Grande's official website
Then go to the tour page of the website (click on the 'Tour' option at the top left corner of the first page of the website)
At the tour page, scroll down and click on the 'presale' option next to any of the UK shows (the last shows on the list)
This will direct one to the Laylo signup page of the tour.
At the Laylo Page, scroll through the listed shows, choose one and click on the 'RSVP' option listed beside it.
Then input a valid number and click on the 'RSVP' option again to sign up
A code will sent to the number inputed in the previous step. Enter that code to complete the signup

More presale instructions:

In both presale cases, once the presale starts, log in to the requisite ticket portal and join the waiting room for the presale early on to get first access to tickets.

General onsale starts on September 10, 2025 for the North America shows and on September 18, 2025 for the UK shows. Tickets will be available either through Ticketmaster or through the official website.

Interested patrons can log in to Ticketmaster once the general ticket sale starts. Then go to Ticketmaster's Ariana Grande page. At the page, click on 'find tickets' next to a show to be redirected to that show's venue map page.

At the venue map page, preferred spot on the venue, the number of tickets and then proceed to the next page to fill in personal details. After that make payment and follow other required checkout procedures to purchase tickets.
