Austra 2026 tour: Presale, dates, venues, and more explored

Canadian artist Katie Stelmanis, known for her electro-pop project Austra, has officially announced a brand new album and a world tour for 2026. The announcement follows the upcoming release of her fifth studio record, Chin Up Buttercup. It is slated to be dropped on November 14, 2025, through Domino Records.

This run will be Austra's first tour in eight years. She will return for fans across North America, Europe, and the UK. The trek will kick off on January 9, 2026, in Ottawa. It follows her latest single, "Siren Song."

Austra announced the 2026 tour via an official Instagram post, captioning:

"Today I am announcing my first proper tour in 8 YEARS 😭😭😭 New single SIREN SONG is out too, with a very cute video directed by @vanessaismagic Presale tickets go on sale tomorrow, sign up now to receive the access code and comment with your favourite sea creature if I will see you at a show! 🦀🐙🐬🧜🏽‍♀️🧜🐳"

Austra also made an official Instagram post to announce her upcoming album. The post read:

"Chin Up Buttercup is available now for pre-order in a limited-edition orange vinyl, plain black and also on CD. The vinyl features a big A2 poster you can put on your wall! It’s printed using Pantone Process Blue C which isn’t really possible to capture in a digital redering but in your hands it will be very vibrant."
