Metal acts Infected Rain and Butcher Babies are officially joining forces for a co-headline tour in 2026 titled Mutation Phase. The upcoming run will cover the UK and Europe in March and April 2026. Lithuania's rising metal band Black Spikes will join them as special guests.Infected Rain were formed in Chișinău, Moldova, in 2008. Their frontwoman is Lena Scissorhands. The band's latest album is TIME (2024).On the other hand, Butcher Babies are a Los Angeles-based metal band. They debuted in 2010. It was founded by Heidi Shepherd and Carla Harvey. The band saw a lineup change in 2024 with Carla Harvey’s exit. Since the exit, Shepherd has led the band. Carla has now formed The Violent Hour. It is an all-female band whose debut EP dropped in 2025.
