Jessie J isn't letting a major health setback silence her.

In an Instagram video on Monday, Oct. 27, the pop star revealed that the breast cancer surgery she canceled her U.S. tour for has now been pushed back, sparking frustration but not stopping her plans to get back on stage.

ā€œSome of you may know, some of you may not know, I was supposed to have a second breast surgery two weeks ago. So a week before my surgery I went to my surgeon and we discussed my surgery and it felt a little more complex than he was anticipating and referred me to a different surgeon who I then saw, had a meeting with who said: I think this can wait a little while.ā€

The "Price Tag" singer continued:

ā€œObviously, I'd already cancelled my tour so I was obviously frustrated but again it's out of my control and two different surgeons had two different opinions."

Jessie J went on, sharing with her 14.2 million followers that the situation prompted her to reach out to her agent in the hopes of rebooking her U.S. and Canada shows. Fortunately, they said "yes."

"And so I have new dates for you guys already. I'm so excited. I'm starting my year next year. This will be the first thing that I do, and I'm just so happy that I got to make this happen so quickly. I'm so grateful for everybody that got new venues, figured out a routing, and made it happen."

The "Flashlight" hitmaker then announced the new dates of her forthcoming tours, both in the video and in the caption.

"It’s happening… USCA / Tuesday 28th October - Those who had tickets will receive an email to have first chance of new tickets / Wednesday 29th October - Those tickets still remaining will go to those who have signed up to my mailing list called ā€œNo Secretsā€ link in bio / Friday 31st October - General sale 10am local to where you are for any tickets remaining"

Before concluding her video, Jessie J apologized to fans for the tour cancellation, adding that the updated schedule is her way to "make it up to you."

Jessie J on her return to the stage after breast cancer surgery: "Music is a healer"

In early June, Jessie J revealed that she was diagnosed with breast cancer. In a candid clip on Instagram, the songstress shared that confessing to her fans about her condition was something she was "going back and forth" on.

"I want to share it with my fans and the people that care about me, and also I'm a sharer. I've always shared everything that I go through in my life. Before 'No Secrets' came out, I was diagnosed with early breast cancer."

She continued:

"I'm highlighting the word early. Cancer sucks in any form, but I'm holding on to the word early. I have been in and out of tests throughout this whole period."

The confession came months after she released her single "No Secrets."

Weeks later, Jessie J provided an update about her breast cancer treatment, where she also expressed her gratitude to her surgeon and the nurses, as well as her family and friends who popped up to visit her.

"I am home now, to rest and wait for my results. Chanan is in a nurse outfit. No no, he isn’t, but funny to imagine. Still hugging everyone going through something tough right now. We all got this!"

In September, Jessie J made her return to the stage following her surgery last late June. She performed at the BBC Radio 2 In the Park festival in England. The songstress also became emotional as she addressed her comeback after her health condition.

"You have no idea how grateful I am to see so many of you singing along after all these years. It truly feels like I'm a little kid. Still doing what I love."

Before singing her latest song, "Living My Best Life," Jessie J spoke:

"Life is about standing in the storm but holding up your umbrella and just keep moving forward. And music, I don't know about you guys, but for me, music is a healer. Music is the thing that keeps me wanting to wake up in the morning and just makes me excited about life."
