Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory 2025 tour: How to get tickets, dates, venues, and more explored

Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory have officially announced their Fall 2025 North American tour.

Following a summer of European and U.K. shows, the group is set to return to North America for a relatively brief run of headlining dates. During the leg, Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory will be supported by indie rock artist TORRES at most stops.

The North American leg will kick off on Thursday, September 18, 2025, in Indianapolis, Indiana. It includes stops in Columbus, Montréal, Jersey City, and Charlotte. The run will wrap up in Charleston, South Carolina, on October 1, 2025.

The tour also includes two notable festival appearances for Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory: Camden, New Jersey's XPoNential Music Festival on September 20, 2025, and the All Things Go Festival in Columbia, Maryland, on September 26, 2025.

Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory shared the tour announcement in an official Instagram post, which read:

"We told you there'd be more shows soon! Can't wait for more time all together this fall. Touring with my band has been such a nourishing experience. I still struggle with stage fright from time to time, and touring with my band has really helped me feel grounded."

The post continued:

"When I walk out on stage, it takes the first three songs to shake my nerves, and usually my nerves make me teary. So the first one to three songs, I'm mostly closing my eyes and getting past the tears to the point where I can open my eyes. I try to focus on an audience member. If I can find that, great; if not, I can turn to my band and reconnect with my band.

The post further said:

"That settles me in this other way, and then I can turn back to the audience and have moments where I feel like I'm having conversations directly with them. You can’t control chemistry. You can't control the energy of a room. You have to perform no matter what. I still believe in that part of it."

Sharon Van Etten concluded, stating:

"Some of it can be acting. But some of it is, "How do I wield this energy to all of our benefits, and get through it to be able to do my job?"
