The Fact Music Awards 2025, popularly called TMA, was held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Macao Outdoor Performance Venue, Macao, China. This year’s event was hosted by Jun Hyun Moo and Seohyun.The Fact Music Awards was established in 2019 and, for seven years, has awarded selected individuals who have made significant contributions to the Hallyu Wave.According to The Fact Music Awards website, it is:“A global K-POP awards ceremony representing Korea, and will present an even more splendid and special stage in Macao, a city where Eastern and Western cultures blend. Top-class K-POP artists who are famous both in domestic and international music markets will all gather together to perform special performances that will be remembered for a lifetime.”At the event, favourite K-pop artists were recognised and awarded, with the grand prize, Daesang, going to popular idol groups including Stray Kids, aespa, IVE, and ENHYPEN.More details on The Fact Music Awards 2025Several K-pop idols were recognised in different categories, including World Best Performer, World Best Wave, Artist of the Year, Global Hot Trend, and Next Leader. The highlight of the night was the five Daesang Awards, including Honour of the Year, Muse of the Year, Sound of the Year, Record of the Year, and Icon of the Year.Stray Kids went home with the most awards, four, including two Daesangs. aespa and ENHYPHEN took home three awards.
