The "Thuggish Ruggish Mafia" tour 2025 will be held from August 21, 2025, to October 4, 2025, in venues across the mainland United States. The tour is a collaboration between the band Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and the hip-hop group Three 6 Mafia.

Presale for the Thuggish Ruggish Mafia tour will start on June 10, 2025. There will be an artist presale, accessible through the code THUGGISH MAFIA. There will also be a Live Nation presale from June 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time. This will be accessible through the code TREBLE. Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Three 6 Mafia will be supported by Tech N9ne, and DJ Quik during the tour. The Thuggish Ruggish Mafia tour will be a celebration of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's 30 years as a band.

The Thuggish Ruggish Mafia tour is Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's first major collaboration with Three 6 Mafia. Previously, the two acts battled each other in the virtual DJ battle webcast series Verzuz in 2021.

The Thuggish Ruggish Mafia tour will be preceded by other shows of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony in June and July 2025. After the tour, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony will perform across Australia for a couple of shows, including at the Brisbane Riverstage on October 21, 2025.

They will also perform a single show in New Zealand after the Australian shows. Meanwhile, the other acts participating in the tour will each have their shows throughout the year, aside from their performances in the tour.
