That's when he pushed James, took his gun, and threatened to kill him, but also told him he didn’t want to, as James was a good man. However, James did not do what Billy asked and was killed by him.Olinger soon arrived at the scene and became Billy's next victim. In Episode 5 oof Billy the Kid Season 3, Billy was portrayed as a dangerous criminal. Among several characters, Billy found a surprising defender in Emily. She confronted Catron about the death sentence, which he defended by saying Billy was a criminal and deserved it.Furthermore, he highlighted that Billy was Irish and didn’t belong with Americans. Emily disagreed and told him that Americans came from various backgrounds and places, and therefore, Billy also deserved to live among them.Elsewhere, Garrett visited all of Billy's allies, including Dulcinea, whom Billy had met after escaping.
