The story is about a strong and mischievous girl named Jay-Jay who transfers into a well-known institution, only to find out that she has been placed into the school's most notorious section. The twist? There's no other girl in Section E except Jay-Jay and she has to deal with all the rowdy boys in her section.

As the story continues, Jay-Jay makes her place in the class, receives and gives love and even gets caught in a love triangle with Keifer and Yuri. This Filipino drama became so popular worldwide that the makers had to greenlight it for the next chapter.

The exciting news is that Ang Mutya ng Section E Season 2 is just a few days away, arriving on November 21, 2025. It will bring the characters back and some new figures, as the next chapter is much darker than Season 1.
